What if the remote i order doesnt work with my equipment? - If the remote you purchase from us does not work with the required equipment simply return it to us within 14 days and we will offer either a full refund or an alternative remote.
How long does it take for delivery of my new remote? - We strive to provide a quick delivery on all remotes ordered and usually you will receive it within a couple of days but please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your remote has not arrived.
Do you provide batteries with your remotes? - No, due to shipping restrictions we are unable to provide batteries at this moment.
Do you provide a Remote Control Repair Service? - We feel that it is cheaper to simply replace broken handsets with a new remote. However, if a replacement is not available then we do offer a repair service. There is a fixed price for remote repairs of £20 in Total.
